You will be responsible for: daily leadership and coaching of a team of cadets, ensuring work is completed at a high standard, and meets service level agreements nursery inventory and production, site preparation (spraying and clearing), planting and on-going maintenance problem solving any daily issues with the team and the Manager - Eastern Porirua Cadetship Programme applying pesticides and fertilisers, as may be required by work programmes, in a safe and effective manner. providing friendly, positive and professional customer service excellence at all times Please note this is a fixed term role, until 30 June 2026.
